TERM & CONDITIONS ULTRAVIOLET

1. Booking Policy

Ultraviolet serves 10 seats every night from Tuesday to Saturday.
Reservation above 10 seats are not available.
From 1 to 10 seats, anyone can book in Ultraviolet. It is not necessary to privatize the entire table.

Online Booking

Booking shall be done through Ultraviolet's online booking system.
Bookings and Waiting Lists are opened for 90 days in advance.

After choosing date and seats through Ultraviolet's online booking system, you will be required to log into your account or register if you are a new user.
Your private account will record all reservations history & payment status.

Due to its limited number of seats, Ultraviolet will request a deposit payment to confirm your booking.
Upon the confirmation of your booking, you should receive a boarding pass disclosing a meeting point, where all guests shall gather on their dinner date by 6:30pm.

Departure time from the meeting point to Ultraviolet is set at 7pm.
Our team will take care of the transportation from the meeting point to Ultraviolet.
If you miss the departure time, your reservation might be cancelled without refund.

2. Payment Policy:

Due to its limited number of seats, Ultraviolet will request a deposit payment to confirm your booking.

Only accepted for reservation requested 7 days prior to the dinner date.

Balance Payment

The balance of the dinner bill shall be settled directly within Ultraviolet at the end of the dinner.
The dinner is inclusive of beverage pairing, yet, any additional orders (such as cigars / cigarettes / additional beverages…)
will be charged to the final bill.

On site, Ultraviolet accepts cash and most major credit cards.

Ultraviolet does not charge additional service fees.

3. Modification Policy:

Please contact directly thehost@uvbypp.cc to submit your modification request.

Ultraviolet will respond to the request within the next 72 hours. Any modifications are subject to availability.

Kindly note that due to the limited number of seats available at Ultraviolet, any modification requested within 7 days prior to the dinner date will not be accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your reservation, please log into your account to submit your cancellation request.

Ultraviolet will process automatically every refund according to its policy.
If the refund is not received within 15 days after the cancellation, please contact The Host.

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the dinner date:100% refund of your deposit*

Cancellation within 30 days prior to the dinner date:75% refund of your deposit*

Cancellation within 15 days prior to the dinner date:
-50% refund of your deposit* for seats that are subsequently booked by other guests.
-If your cancelled seat is not sold, no refund will be issued.
-If your cancelled seat is undersold, the difference will be deducted from the refund.

* Handling fee depends on the payment method you chose:
- Payment through Paypal account: 3% will be charged as handling fee.
- Payment by bank transfer, by card at Mr & Mrs Bund and Alipay: No handling fee
- Payment by cash at Mr & Mrs Bund: No handling fee; procedure will be sent by email.

5. Privacy Policy:

Ultraviolet respects the privacy of all its guests and treats personal information as confidential.

5. Telecommunications Policy:

There is no cellphone signal inside of Ultraviolet dining room. Guests can resume the signal outside of the dining room, if needed, during the break and/or at the end of the dinner. We advise our guests to make all necessary arrangements should they expect any telecommunications during the dinner.

Ultraviolet disclaims the liability for unforeseen circumstances that may be caused by the loss of telecommunications.
